New York, Jan 16 : Writer Leslie O’Toole says Will Smith wanted to work in a romantic comedy with Cameron Diaz but he feared that fans would be uncomfortable with the interracial pairing, reports newsweek.com.

In a statement made on Thursday, January 11, Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz officially announced that they have called it quits. Diaz, 34 and Timberlake, 25 had been together for four years. They had met in April 2003 at Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

If rumors are to be believed it is none other than Scarlett Johansson.
