Hilton’s psychiatrist declares her traumatised

New York, May 15 : Paris Hilton’s psychiatrist Sophy has declared her “distraught and traumatised” and says the socialite “fears incarceration” after a judge sentenced her to 45 days in jail.

Sophy presented these findings in a Los Angeles court, reported people.com. The psychiatrist argues that “given (Hilton’s) current psychological and emotional state, she is not capable of any meaningful participation in a trial”.

Sophy has been treating Hilton for the past eight months and has met her quite a few times since her probation violation hearing.

He wrote: “She is emotionally distraught and traumatised as a consequence of the findings at the May 4 hearing, the jail sentence imposed upon her by the judge and her fear of incarceration.” Indo-Asian News Service
