Britney Spears has got the Heebie Jeebies
Don’t blame her really. What with almost the entire world against her! And the fact that one of her fan sites www.worldofbritney.com closing down and all that. But don’t worry Britney - your die-hard fans are still with you and believe you when you say that - you will pay back with the new album and tour sometime this year. We are waiting.
Her reassurance to her fans is well received.
She has written a 342-word ‘Dear Fans’ letter to all her dear fans. In the letter she has mentioned that she understands why her faithful are disappointed, and promised to pay them back with a new album and tour “sometime later this year.”
She goes on to say that - “If I were you I’d be unhappy, too, if I had to read what I’ve been reading every day,” …. “But trust me, I get it.”
She has realised that - “The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me,”
“The media has criticized my every move, and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being,” she argued. “I know I’ve been far from perfect, and the media has had a lot of fun exaggerating my every move.”
The fact that her fan website World of Britney is closing down has indeed made a deep impact on her.
“I noticed today that one of my biggest fan sites is shutting down soon, and I want you all to know that I do understand all the reasons that went behind making that decision,” Spears wrote, “and I am sad to see it closing.”
Ruben Garay the webmaster of the site had declared that he was closing it down because according to him Britney was ‘done’. He has given up hope. I hope her other fans have not. At least not after reading her ‘Dear Fans’ letter.

I’m sorry, but almost all of her fans have left, and won’t come back. There are not enough fans left to sustain her career, or to put her anywhare close to what she used to sell at the begining of her career (not even close). She has destroyed her own career on her own by the hundreds of stupid things she has done. She is also very unstable and crazy. She will keep doing these things and she is just going to keep going down hill. She just posted on her website that she was basically sorry, and that she was going to clean herself up, then right after she was spotted partying and getting drunk and crazy again. That letter was written by her handlers, not her. She is not a smart person and her handlers know it and are tired of her. They may try to get one more CD out of her, but it will not do well, they will then drop her. We now need a new and fresh Pop Princess who has brains and REAL TALENT.
