“Bhagam Bhag”: The year’s biggest fun flick coming this Christmas

Bhagam Bhag (2006) :
After making the laugh riot “Malamaal Weekly”, director Priyadarshan is on his way to release his next fun flick “Bhagam Bhag”. The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Govinda are together for the first time, along with the stalwarts of comedy Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani , Sharat Saxena, and so on.

Bhagam Bhag is produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd and Popkorn Motion Pictures Private Limited, and is directed by Humor king Priyadarshan. The story goes as follows.

Paresh Rawal (Seth Champak) has a theatre group in India and he performs shows all over the country. Akshay and Govinda (Babla and Bunty) along with others are actors in the group. Both are very naughty natured guys who never miss any chance to flirt with girls, ever the girls in the group.

Seth Champak is delighted because finally after more than three decades in showbiz, he has been invited to perform with his troupe abroad. But the delight is short lived. His heroine ditches him and his NRI sponsor gives him an ultimatum no heroine, no show!

His two heroes, Babla and Bunty, take up the challenge to find a heroine in London. But in search of a heroine they find heroin instead… And then begins…Bhagambhag.

The cops are chasing them, the gangsters are chasing them, wannabe actors are chasing them…And they are still chasing after that elusive heroine!

Through Rajpal, a taxi driver, Govinda and Akshay try to find out a girl for their play but it leads to many misunderstandings and a series of funny sequences. In this process, Govinda & Akshay fall into trouble involving a drug baron and other mishaps.

Thereafter, the trio discovers a girl (Lara Dutta), who suffers from amnesia to act in their drama and just as Akshay and Lara fall in love, her memory returns and it brings chaos into their lives, including a murdered husband!

From here the story leads to its climax in which a major conspiracy gets exposed and finally these three innocent guys are set free.
