Breaking News: Sanjay Dutt found guilty

Sanjay Dutt has been charged under the possessing arms illegally in a notified area under arms act. The court in Mumbai announced few minutes back.

That was the bad news. In the good news, Sanju baba was cleared from the 120B ie criminal conspiracy, a much serious charge of trying to blow up Mumbai in the Mumbai bomb blast case.

The court used Sanjay Dutt ’s confession that he knew the Dons Abu Salem and he possesed arms when he was arrested few years back. Sanjay later changed his statement but the statement will be used against him. It was a relief that he was not charged with the bomb blast.

Sanjay will get time to appeal against this in a bigger court. So a mix of good news and bad news. Maximum charge is upto 5 years as this charge is the lightest of all the charges against him.
