Bodyguards of Angelina Jolie accused of manhandling media and public

The presence of Hollywood super couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in India has attracted a lot of international media hype and also hue and cry by the Indian media. However, the security around the couple and their 3 children is so tight that it has become physically impossible to approach them or even to know about their plans and programmes.

It is reported that the couple are scared and concerned about their safety and security. Angelina Jolie has been in Pune together with Pitt since early this month to shoot for “A Mighty Heart,” a film on the ‘Wall Street Journal’ journalist-Daniel Pearl who was abducted and slain by terrorists in Pakistan in 2002. She plays Pearl’s widow Mariane in the film. The film was initially decided to be shot in Pakistan. But after being denied permission by the Pakistani authorities, it was decided to be shot in India.

The crew of the film is at shooting in Mumbai, where they faced a real tough tough situation. The shooting was slated in Mumbai’s Anjuma-e-Islam school. Here again the bodyguards of the actress were accused of man handling the parents of the children of the school where the shooting was going on.

An unnamed bodyguard was accused by the parents of using abusive language and launching an attack upon them. Trouble started when the parents entered the school campus to collect their children from the school. Media persons also accused the body guards of adopting rough attitude towards them. The parents were believed to have lodged a complaint against the school authority and an unnamed bodyguard of the actress.
