    I think khan’s view is the most practical one I have read recently… so I am glad that ’sense’ does prevail somewhere.

    Not being very harsh, guys, let us accept that we Indians are basically inconsistent. Not just the cricket team, but all of us… you want examples !?
    1) 27% of office going Indians are late to work everyday!
    2) Between 9a - 5p, an avg. Indian works less than 4 hrs.

    … so why do we only criticize the cricket team !?
    WE ARE INCONSISTENT, plain and simple. This is the same team that won 17 games when chasing in a row, won 21 out of 24 games before WI tour!

    Lets not expect miracles. Just hope that everything clicks properly for us during WC, 07. Remember that, it is the same lot that can win the WC for you or crash out in the 1st round!

    surely bringing back sourav ganguly,who has forgotten how to play cricket as evidenced by his recent run of poor form and lack of athletic competence,would change india’s fortunes,right?what a distorted reality that many indian fans live in!! How can anyone blame Rahul Dravid when there is zero talent in their bowling line-up? India’s fortunes will probably not change because of sheer incompetence of a bowling attack that is definitely amongst the world’s worst any given day!!As for Ganguly,when was the last time he was actually making runs for India beside just captaining the side…atleast rahul dravid makes runs most of the time but unfortunately has to lead a team of bowlers who would have to fight for a place in their regional teams had they been born in places like pakistan,australia,or south africa..What a bunch of absolute garbage!!

    Dravid is good batsman & Wkt.keeper but not fit to ba a capitan.Better bring back ex-capitan Ganguly
