‘Happy Birthday’- Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham

Bollywood is now all prepared for ‘Happy Birthday’ of Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham. ‘Happy Birthday’ is a romantic musical film with a mystical touch to be directed by Sriram Raghavan, who was earlier associated with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Ek Hasina Thi’. Vishal-Shekhar will score the music for the film.

It is for the first time that Bollywood will witness the chemistry of Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham. Producer Gaurang Doshi is quite optimistic about the success of this venture. For Doshi, ‘the pair of Aishwarya and John looks like Adonis and Venus together’.

‘Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it’, will be the catch-line of ‘Happy Birthday’. Doshi even after signing John Abraham a year ago did not start the film as he was in quest of a perfect magical match, which would tally with the theme of ‘Happy Birthday’. Once Ash agreed to do the film, Doshi found the counterpart of the magic of John.

John believes in pairing with new leading ladies and feels that his pair with Ash will certainly make a good team. Commenting on ‘Happy Birthday’ John said, ‘It’s a great script. Sriram is a super-director, and we’re excited’. It seems that the duo is having a good time in Bollywood as they are also composing music for ‘Om Shanti Om’. The shooting of this much hyped film will begin in January 2007.
