i cant believe this. that much for Ibra, you have to not know anything about football. unbelievable the amount of money Inter's spent on two past their prime players and a striker that cant score. At least Inter has got Macon .

This comment of his says it all...
"I don't know. There are six strikers here and they are all very good. I don't know which one is most suited to playing with me."
What a jerk-off this guy is. He comes over and acts like he owns the team. I can't tell you how happy i am that Inter got him.

Well I'll be sad if he leaves Madrid but we have too many in Madrid. Well if he goes to Milan its a consolation for me tho Milan ranks number 2 in my list.

Relegation for Arezzo on the cards

ROME (AP) - An Italian soccer federation prosecutor asked a sports tribunal Monday to relegate Serie B club Arezzo to the third division and dock the team three points for its role in the country's match-fixing scandal.
Arezzo, which finished seventh in the second division last season, was indicted on match-fixing charges last week along with Serie A team Reggina. The sports trial began Sunday, with prosecutor Stefano Palazzi requesting that Reggina be demoted to Serie B and docked 15 points.
It was not clear when a verdict would be issued.
The probe into the corruption scandal has already resulted in penalties or relegation for four of Italy's top soccer clubs.
Juventus was stripped of its last two Serie A titles and relegated to Serie B with a 17-point penalty for next season. Fiorentina and Lazio start next season banned from European competition and minus 19 and 11 points, respectively. AC Milan was allowed to play in the Champions League but was docked eight points.
Italy's soccer season has already been delayed by two weeks due to fallout from the scandal. Serie A and B are scheduled to start Sept. 9-10.
Prosecutors in Naples, Rome, Parma and Turin are also conducting separate criminal probes into sports fraud, illegal betting and false bookkeeping - but any indictments could take months.

maybe im wrong but i dont see the point of paying that much money for a player who did close to nothing for juve last season. personally id have prefered to see inter buy toni from fiorentina who is just as big as ibrahimovic but faster and more effective. what do you think??
|

An even better reason to hate Inter Milan.
AND
It has been another disgrace to Inter..They lost to Napoli in Birra Morretti tourney inspite of feilding a near full strength squad..Adriano is continuing to show and add to the growing concerns that he is after all an ordinary player..Shame for losing to a Seria B team which did not even field its top 4 players.. BIRRA MORETTI: NAPOLI 1-0 INTER Friday, 11 August 2006 22:44:09 NAPLES - Birra Moretti Trophy hosts Napoli beat Inter 1-0 in the second of tonight's 45-minute matches at the Stadio San Paolo, and will face their Serie B rivals Juventus in the third and final game. Emanuele Calaiò hit the winner on 24 minutes.
NAPOLI 1-0 INTER
Scorer: Calaiò 24

|
more news on this..Maybe some of u may argue that it is after all a pre season tournament meaning very little but then it is a traditional curtain raiser as we say and Inter was the only team to field a near strength teamm..Even Juve defeated them 1-0 and this is really poor stuff from Inter..
|
|
You failed to mention that not asingle 1 of their offseason aquisitions played. And I think we all know that the starting 3 of Cruz,Adriano,Martins isn't going to be that way come season opener.
And it had been just a couple days since inter played in the Amstardam tourny and England. And the Morretti trophy games are only 45 minute games. So dont go making this seem like a big deal.
