It looks like Carlos Alberto Pereira will be leaving the Brazilian National Squad. The post for the next Seleção's coach is open. Or maybe not cuz Carlos Alberto Parreira may stay as there are no conformation whatsoever. So who will it be?

What was Big Phil's line-up like for the 2002 WC?

He didn quite stick to a specific line up. The match between Brazil and Turkey it was 5-4-1 I reckon cuz they played with 5 defenders, 4 midfielders and 1 striker. The same line up for the match against Republic of China.
However for the match against Costa Rica it was with 5 defenders, 3 midfielders and 2 strikers.
The Round of 16 match against Belgium...Brazil went back to 5-4-1 and it was also the same line up for the QF against England.
The SF against Turkey, Brazil went for a 5-3-2
The Finals Brazil went for the 5-4-1.

I felt Real's problem got to do with the lack of structural coaching and yes the superstar issue. For me it was Ronaldo and David Beckham.
And to me its the matter of MF in quantity and quality.

Los Galácticos performed poorly over the past 3 seasons...like duh. Am saying that its POSSIBLY attributable to the fact that many of the previous clubs 'Galacticos' superstars had played for had built their squads around the player like Beckham or were highly individualistic players, such as Ronaldo. Bearing that in mind when the superstar players were placed together they failed to form a cohesive footballing unit - having a large number of very talented, renowned individual footballers did not effectively translate into a great footballing team.
Pls tell me u get it. Plssssssssss.

Ok first the line-up is very predictable. Such line-up sheds predictable flow in the pitch. Am not saying that this line-up is bad but the chances of success is very very slim. You can win no doubt if you have good players but it will not be enterprising and that could lead a shaky platform. Such risks will not be entertained at any costs. And Luxe should have know better, the team was performing poorly and with injuries...why carry out a 4-2-2-2?
And as much as I dont want to be mean but ever since Becks joined Madrid...it was slumped. But I wont put the blame on him. They will rise and kick Barca...tho I love Barca too thanx to Ronaldinho Gaucho and Deco.
