1000 members + .. HELP US GROW BIGGER !

Thank you all for all your support and participation !!
We are now over 1000 members strong and with every passing day we are growing.
BUT ... we need your help in growing bigger and stronger ... I hereby request you to spread the word around and invite your friends and family to join desifans discuss .. if you love entertainment you will love desifans discussions !! So please take some time off your busy schedule ( i know u must be very busy now  ) ... and invite some of your friends and colleagues.
DESIFANS is one of the cleanest discussion forums .. we DO NOT have or entertain vulgar / racial/ communal / adult material on desifans and this makes it a great room to share your thoughts and feelings with likeminded people.
So the exact count of the members today is :
Total Members: 1180
Total Posts: 9130
So hopefully in a few days we can report a sharp increase in the membership !! LETS MAKE IT BIGGER AND BETTER !!!
As far as better is concerned ... please feel free to let me / us know how we can make this discussion forum better and more entertaining. All suggestions are welcome. This is our forum .. everyones ... everyone is special and equally important.

My only concern is that at times I used dial-up and this site loads very very x 10000000000 slow.
Is it just me?

why the site loads slows when u use dialup  just look around .... everyone has huge pics as signature and profile pics ... every image has to be downloaded ... try disabling images on ur browser when u browse ...that will be much faster..

Actually Mr.Administrator can I lend a voice in here. I do agree that profile pictures and signatures can be detrimental, I have not experience such lags as I dont use dial-up but I did figure that if there is a specific size allocated for profile pictures and signatures, a size which will not affect loading then the problem might be solved.

Well maybe you could impose a rule on the size for icon's and signature. Set a dimension... approved height in pixels and a file size limit.
And set a file size for animanted icons and non-animated. I'm sure that will help. If its still slow then it could be the prob from ur site. If its not then "So long, farewell, its time to say good-bye" to the signatures and avi.
But I hope you could set a rule on the size. I love my Arsenal Sig and Adriano icon. Pleaseeeeee. I dont wanna remove em.
I had the same prob in my site and once I redifened the size for both the icon and sig it was perfect. Just try.
