Negative reviews about Trueroots from VSNL
Trueroots, a calling card service from VSNL was launched a few days back and we at desifans started getting negative reviews.
Venkata Ramisetti writes : "Don't buy trueroots. One of the worst services i have ever seen. Though I have enough funds in my account, I am getting message 'Insufficient funds'. I contacted customer care around 10 times. I really fed up with them. They are even lying. It is really shame to VSNL. Still if anybody want to buy, charge with less amount. Once you feel comfortable, buy more."
So as Venkata suggests, we think its applicable for all calling cards, ie, try the service with a smaller amount and if you like the service, recharge and add more funds.
