As Reliance India Call continues its control over the India market, Airtel Call Home tries to figure our what they can do to make more of an impact on the market. Airtel calling cards have offer lower prices then Reliance and did receive a slight increase in customers but did not make as a big as move as they hoped for.
According to Airtel CallHome customers, they believe the biggest problem revolves around how Airtel communicates with their customers. Most of the complaints people have against Airtel is they can't get through to Airtel's customer service and even if they get through Airtel does nothing to fix their problems. This has lead to many Airtel India Call customers to switch to Reliance. As for Airtel's website many customers have a hard time navigating and mangeing their accounts online. This makes it hard for customers to recharge their accounts and leaves them without international phone card service. Also, customer have talked about how their credit cards have been charged twice and not been given any minutes when they attempt to recharge their accounts.
