New rift between Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan
| It was an incident that took place during one of the shoots under the able supervision of director Gowariker that initiated the entire ruckus and created a rift between the two. Ashutosh had to film a scene where only Hrithik was needed to face the cameras though Ash was required to offer cues to her leading man. |

| Chak De India and Om Shanti Om. You must be guessing its Shahrukh Khan who ruled the box office in 2007. SRK had a great year but it was Akshay Kumar who was the Bollywood Box Office King of 2007. |

Box office : Goal and Madhuri Dixit ’s Aaja Nachle both disappoint
| Goal is set in UK but the movie did better in India than in UK or USA. Underwhelming performances at the box office seem to continue as Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal has registered below par collections in India over the opening week, despite some good early reports. |

| About a week before Diwali, I had an argument with my boss. His line of reasoning- a man who’s made movies like Black and Devdas ought to know his business. Apparently not! The box office has announced its verdict. On Shanti Om has made 7+ crores in its first week in Mumbai alone, while Saawariya, which promised eternity to begin with, is now a slowly fading blur on the horizon. |

| If you were to make a Bollywood film today, there would of course be no getting away from trailors for you. You’d need to make sure that the scenes and songs you choose to include in your promotional trailors reflect the spirit and theme of your movie and are able to draw your target audience to theatres and multiplexes. And if you were Farah Khan, you’d know by now that you’ve pulled off a maha Bollywood coup! |
