Bollywood: John Abraham now a busy Star

With the release of ‘Taxi 9211’, Bollywood hunk John Abraham ascended one more step in the success of ladder as the film is a huge success at the box office. John Abraham started his career as a model and then later he tried his luck at films. His debut film was ‘Aitbaar’ but unfortunately this movie got shelved.However, his second film ‘Jism’ with hot and happening Bipasha Basu was a blockbuster and after that there was no back for John Abraham .

Today, John Abraham is one of the busiest stars of Bollywood who finds it really difficult to manage the tight schedule. “I’ve just been running around and around. It seems I’ve been working round-the-clock,” said john Abraham in an interview. John Abraham is busy, so much so that he recently had to opt out of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Guru’ and Reema Kagti’s film, ‘Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd.’, because he had problems with the shooting dates.

John has lots of activities lined up for him which include shooting features and ads, attending events and going to shows. Currently John is preparing to go on a world tour titled Rock Stars, with Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Zayed Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Esha Deol and Mallika Sherawat. The two month tour commences on April 13 in Dubai and will reportedly cover 18 cities in the US, Canada and UK.
This speaks volumes for the star’s fame and the young star has now also become a popular choice for brand endorsements because of his charisma and great appeal to the audience. He is brand ambassador for Diet Pepsi, FastTrack, Samsung, Wrangler and Yamaha. Besides, John is a UN ambassador for drugs and crime.

The young actor is found to shoot for two films a day.Reportedly,Sunday was one of the hectic days when John had to shoot for Ravi Chopra’s ‘Babul’ all day, and then Nikhil Advani’s ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ in the night.
Amitabh Bachchan is back on the screen and with that the shooting of ‘Babul’ resumed. It resulted in the rest of the cast quickly doing some quick re-shuffling in their date diary and John Abraham had to squeeze it into his schedule.

John Abraham holds Amitabh Bachchan in great awe. The two worked together in ‘Aitbaar’ and ‘Viruddh’ and besides ‘Babul’ John will be seen with Amitabh Bachchan again in Sriram Raghavan’s romantic comedy ‘Happy Birthday’ and Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’.
