Hi,
Iam Anand From US Technology Resources LLC.Head Office at Aliso Viejo, California. Iam now based at Trivandrum,Kerala. Iam a great fan of Hema and Debojit. After Hema was gone, it was all Debu as far as iam concerned. For the last 3 or 4 days, i and my friends in my company as well as other companies have been casting their votes for Debu. From the 21 lakh votes from South my friends and me might have made upto 1 lakh by casting votes Simultaneously by visiting the website of Internet Voting SaregamaPa and thru SMSes and calls. But Vinit is also a superstar. He’s just 17 and there are lot of years ahed of him. Iam sure that the 12 finalists are going to cement the place in Playback singing Industry. Saregamapa Great feat accomplished!!!!!!!! But Himesh’s hype about Vinit and the Nok Jhonk between Aadesh and Ismail could have been avoided.

Debojit has bought silchar to national center-stage. He has shown that the Modern Silchar and Assam is a vibrant place. He has proved that our North-East is the best. So in a fight between the North-East and Mainland India, Northeast has finally won. That’s the sprit!

Debo u r from North-east that’s the key point for u’r sucess.hope u don’t forget us …..and any bady who will represent North-east will definitley win……it’s a challange and a bet to all the rest of India. I am proud to be an indigenous of North-EAst. bye ….buddy…

I have been watching this competion for quite long. I should say, this is the best show on the television channels of India.
About performance, I think there the person deserving to enter the finals was Nihira. She was the only one amongst all the competitors who can give a tough fight to Vinit. Her performance, “I Love You - Hare Rama Hare Krishna” is the best performance of this challange show in my eyes. The way she sang for both Usha Uthup and Asha Bhosle was marvellous.
She was perfect as far as the scales are concerned. Also, she did not break her voice even for a second, while singing in the second octave too.
The second best performance was the title song of Fiza by Vinit. The passion with which he had sung the song is just terrible. Even he is too comfortable in singing in the higher scales and has proved it with his almost all songs.
In my eyes, a person who is able to sing smoothly in the second and third octaves, can easily walk through in the first octave. There is no doubt about it. And atleast Nihira and Vinit can do it for sure.
So in my opinion, Debojit did never deserve to reach the finals. It is all because of this stupid technique to search for so called, “India ki voice”. Multiple voting has crushed the chances for better singers. I know that in the first mega finals of SaReGaMa hosted by Sonu Nigam, there were 10 judges and all of them were the best in the industry including Jagjit Singh, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt Hari Prasad, Naushad, Bhupen Hazarika to name a few of them. I believe the judgement passed by those people can be unquestionable. Public opinion should not be counted to make such decisions.
