Salman Khan’s misfortune chases Katrina Kaif as well

Salman Khan’s misfortune seems to have engulfed his loved ones also as is evident in Katrina Kaif’s case. First, it was Salman’s imprisonment verdict and now Katrina Kaif got robbed of her precious possessions during her stay in Dubai. Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar are in Dubai for the shooting of Firoz Nadiadwala’s film, ‘Welcome’, which is being directed by Anees Bazmee.

News reports say that while she was on the sets of the movie, a watch worth 60,000 dollars and cash was stolen from her hotel room. The watch was reported to be a gift from her boyfriend Salman Khan and the total loss was estimated to be 90,000 dollars.

Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar were searching for the lost things but since the search did not yield any result, they had to lodge a police complaint.

Reportedly, the police questioned Akshay Kumar also. However, the media has reported that the officials in the posh hotel are hopeful that CCTVs will help them nab the criminals.

‘Welcome’ is supposedly a romantic comedy and along with Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar, Anil kapoor and Nana Patekar are also starring in the movie. After Raj Kanwar’s ‘Hum Ko Deewana Kar Gaye’, it’s the second film featuring Katrina and Akshay together.
