Debojit’s victory is the triumph of the honestty and hardwork over the manipulation and bias of the established mentors. It is a victory for Ismail Darbar. I salute the people of NorthEast who have spoken in unity. Its great to see a simple lad from the NorthEast struggle and prove a point. I am in USA and have followed this contest from the very beginning. At times I was shattered to see the bias against the voters of North East. To vinit fans I say, listen its high time you recognize the power of the NorthEast…for too long it has been neglected. I see the early signs of the Awakening of the NorthEast

Debojit is a good singer and deserves to be the voice of India.

We people are acting as if the war has been won, the battle has just begun. Debojit has still to win Zee SRGMP challenge. Why forget that?
Secondly Debojit is still to get good breaks and establish his name in playback singing. He has only taken half of the step required, he has lots of struggle to face…Guys my plea to all will be to control ur emotion, to much felication even before the finals is just idioticy.
We can’t compare Debojit to Bhupen Hazarika pls guys come to senses, wait don’t start showering too much even before the battle finishes.It will serve no purpose.
Debojit has not yet become king of music to suggest the same even is blasphemy, many path of thorns needs to treaded still to register his tune in the brains and minds of people of India.
You all might feel that I am not pro Debojit but that is not so. What I am saying is we are doing the same thing to Debojit what we do to our Cricket players. We hype them beyond what they are and when they cannot perform or go through a bad phase we dump them….Ganguly is a classic example…also shewag and harbhajan ….next this will claim pathan and Dhoni for sure
Pls don’t hype Debojit too much, he has his own limitationas and by doing this we are taking him infact to seventh heaven where there is no way up but down…pls pls don’t spoil the career of Debojit by overhyping him. Let him work and finetune his limitations which will surely pave the way to his dream.
