Hundred from Rahul Dravid strengthens India against Pakistan
Faisalabad, Jan 23 : Rahul Dravid’s century has strengthened India’s position against Pakistan once again. India just lost Laxman at 90 and Sachin Tendulkar was on the crease with Rahul Dravid on 103 (220 balls) when this report was updated.

India’s captain Rahul Dravid and middle-order batsman V.V.S. Laxman led a resolute reply to put India at 227/1 at lunch on the third day of the second cricket Test against Pakistan here Monday.
Resuming in the morning Dravid (97) and Laxman (83) stretched their partnership to an unbeaten 188-run stand before umpires called for lunch.
India lost the wicket of opener Virender Sehwag (31) Sunday in reply to Pakistan’s mammoth first innings score of 588. They will have to cross 388 runs to avoid a follow on.
