Bollywood: Jackie Chan arrives in Mumbai, wins hearts

Jackie Chan arrived here in Mumbai yesterday to promote his movie The Myth. Mallika Sherawat who is in the movie was not present in the airport to receive the lovable star. However the kung foo star was greeted by brimming media persons, hoards of fans and other dignitaries. Stanley Tong the director of The Myth was accompanying Jackie Chan.

Dressed in a white Versace shirt and bright orange turban the hero landed on the airport at approximately 10 P.M . He was escorted out of the airport by a team of CISF senior policemen and star’s personal bodyguards. On the way at the airport itself Jackie Chan was presented a chak de fatte Punjabi music gala. It seemed Jackie Chan quite enjoyed the brisk show and put up his great charismatic smile as usual.

Before leaving the airport for JW Marriott Hotel he joined his hands together and said Namsate India to the crowd. He is to attend a press meet later where he will answer questions pertaining to the movie The Myth. Afterward Jackie Chan and Mallika Sherawat will attend a special screening of the movie in one of the city multiplexes.
The Hong Kong star is also expected to go for a tour of Mumbai with Mallika Sherawat in a Limousine.
