Bollywood: Karisma Kapoor’s husband receives extortion demand of Rs 50 crore
Even when the legal tussle is going on between industrialist Sanjay Kapur, and actress Karisma Kapoor, over the custody of their five-month-old daughter Samaira, the husband Sanjay Kapur has received an extortion threat via e-mail on Friday evening for a whooping sum of Rs 50 crores. More details are under investigation.
The relation between Sanjay and Karisma was far from loving husband-wife for quite some time and Karisma didn’t go back to Sanjay’s house in Delhi after the delivery at Mumbai, almost 7 months ago. But the ‘ andar ki baat’ came out in open when Sanjay Kapur had gone to court with the allegation that Karisma got issued a passport from Mumbai RPO for their minor daughter Samaira without his consent( as father of minor ) by flouting all laws and that she was planning to leave for the US along with Samaira without taking his written permission.
The matter is still pending in the court and the judge had advised both of them to settle the issue mutually for the best interest of their daughter and had passed an interim order restraining Karisma from taking the child abroad. At this junction this extortion threat is giving a new dimension to this family dispute, since it was not clear whether the demand was connected with the legal fioght between Sanjay and Karisma. However, after receiving the extortion threat Sanjay Kapur has complained to Delhi Police and Karnal Singh, Joint Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) confirmed on Saturday, “We have registered a case and are carrying out investigations.”

We have been reading everything about sanjay and karisma.
We think that Karisma has the right to take her baby. That freaking jerk, Sanjay can also have babies with other woman but Karisma won’t. This can be the first and the last baby for her so we encourage Karisma. Go Karisma!!! Karisma has whole journey to go on in her life. Abhishek was much better of a choice for her. She should not take this too deeply and continue her actress courier. We are waiting for her to join the film industry again and rule the world with her beauty. Hope that she lives happily with her baby and enjoy her life forever.

It is in the mothers best interest for the well being of her child. However, in this case, Sanjay’s infidility is honing on society’s perspective of him. I beleive the Kapoor kandan should have had a better judgment before marrying their daughter to Sanjay, especially since the general public was aware of Sanjay’s infidel past. However, both parties are to be equally blamed–Kapoors for their lack of judgment, Sanjay for his indespicable behavior. Thus, overall, Karisma I believe is the victim. She should not have to suffer from the decision her parents made, and from a husband who commit adultery. I wish Karisma the best.

I have been reading everything about sanjay and karisma, sanjay is a fool why get married if you wanted to have affairs he has done it all before when he was first married, Why would karisma marry him and he is major ugly. I really think karisma should get the baby beause sanjay keeps getting married havin affairs he is not fit to haddle a baby if aother women came in to the pic he would leave without thinking of the baby i think the mother should get the baby without a dout and many ppl think that in london she has our support.
